I’m thrilled to showcase my work for Beauté Zen SPA, a unique wellness center located in Haguenau. The spa offers a fully private wellness area, complete with Hammam, private rest room, changing rooms, solo and duo cabins, and balneotherapy for an unforgettable experience. They exclusively provide massages, rituals, and facials from the renowned brand Cinq Mondes, as well as marine expertise treatments from Phytomer. As a skilled creative professional, I was the social media manager and event coordinator for their salons, helping to promote their exceptional services and enhance their brand image.

Social Media Management

Understanding the power of social media in today’s digital age, I took the lead in managing Beauté Zen SPA’s online presence across various platforms. My responsibilities included:

  1. Creating engaging and visually appealing content that showcased the spa’s treatments, facilities, and unique offerings.
  2. Implementing a strategic posting schedule to ensure consistent and relevant content for the spa’s target audience.
  3. Monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and reviews to maintain a strong and positive online reputation.
  4. Analyzing social media performance metrics to optimize content and engagement strategies for the spa.

Through effective social media management, I helped increase brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately, drive traffic and bookings for Beauté Zen SPA.

Event Coordination for Salons

In addition to managing the spa’s social media presence, I also coordinated events for their salons. My responsibilities included:

  1. Planning and organizing salon events to showcase the spa’s services and expertise, attracting new clients and fostering loyalty among existing ones.
  2. Collaborating with other industry professionals to create unique and memorable experiences for attendees.
  3. Managing event logistics, such as venue selection, catering, and promotion, ensuring the smooth execution of each event.
  4. Evaluating event success through feedback and analytics, utilizing insights to improve future events and maximize return on investment.

Through careful planning and execution, I successfully organized and managed events for Beauté Zen SPA, attracting a diverse clientele and enhancing the spa’s reputation for exceptional service and unforgettable experiences.
